About Danielle Putrow, PsyNP

I graduated from University of Wisconsin- Eau Claire with a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing in 1994. From 1994-2000, I worked as an RN in psychiatric hospitals, mostly with children and teenagers. I also spent significant time working in an adult psychiatric unit, a substance rehab unit, and a hospital intake office.

I graduated from Arizona State University in 2000 with a Master's Degree in Nursing. I am nationally certified by ANCC as a family mental health nurse practitioner.

I have been practicing since 2000 in an outpatient office setting, performing psychiatric evaluations and medication management. I was at Catalina Behavioral Health Services for over 6 years, until they recently closed and I started this private practice.

I am originally from Wisconsin and I'm a big fan of the Green Bay Packers. I live in the Southeast Valley with my husband and my two young children. I enjoy gardening and hiking.
